The ability to develop and lead high achieving teams that produce exceptional results is an increasingly important skill in today's global environment. This powerful learning program has been developed as an adventure in purposeful behavior change that provides you with the motivation and tools to better understand, develop and use your assets as an individual, team player and leader within your work, community and home. The program is built around the Samurai ascent during ancient Japanese era. The Samurai is one of the longest ruling clan in medieval history, ruling Japan for more than 600 years. They achieved such long reign of success by organizing and leading their own people to function in unity. 

Today, most of us live in a nation that dwells on individuality, which down-play the habit of teamwork. Japan is a remarkable nation that shows how it can, to retain individuality yet work in unity. In this program, participants get to experience the insights of the Samurai’s effective leadership and teamwork. The coach and facilitator take you on a journey to discover your own potential as a leader, internal conflict to becoming effective and working in pack to realize your own dreams in work, community or home.

The primary objectives of the Leadership in Legacy are:

  1. Empower the individual to take responsibility for their own success, as an individual contributor, as a team member and as a leader.
  2. Learn how to create a positive “can do” culture whether leading or participating within a team.
  3. Realize your full potential by gaining a better understanding of yourself, and how to best use your potential when working with others.

  5. Building trust by understanding people on a deeper scale and improving your communication skills.
  6. Develop your own problem solving skills by understanding how to build and lead high functioning, self-sustaining teams that achieve outstanding results.
  7. Move confidently forward with an authentic and effective leadership brand based on your own personal goals and objectives.
  8. Nurtures a new “breed” of leaders fueled by the innermost powerful catalysts; patriotism, dire need in contribution, higher sense of purpose.

  • The Force of Personal Belief: The foundation for understanding what governs your actions, how you perceive the world and how others perceive you
  • Leadership personal profiling: A way to understand one’s innate natural leadership

Prerequisites/Audience

There are no specific requirements for this course.

Managers, CEO, business owners, crew leader, senior consultant, head of division would find this course beneficial. The Leadership in Legacy is designed for those who wish to enhance their existing communication skills, and intend to progress towards leadership positions and wish to build their experience as an influential leader. This program works for high-achiever and less-motivated individual as well.
